Job Title: ERP Platform Technology Services Manager

This role leads a technical leadership team and group responsible for delivering ERP platform technical functions, including security, development, integration, basis, and service management.

About the Position:

The successful candidate will lead a high-performing technical team to achieve exceptional results in problem and incident management, minor enhancements, and project technical changes across various teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a customer-focused culture by treating all internal and external stakeholders with honesty, fairness, and dignity.
  • Cultivate a values-based culture aligned with the client's Leadership Blueprint, promoting performance excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Manage a technical leadership team to set vision, objectives, culture, and ways of working, driving high-performance outcomes.
