Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lighting Sales Professional to join our organization in Sydney, AU. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, converting them into purchase orders, and promoting lighting solutions through product demonstrations and documentation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers and convert them into purchase orders
  • Track quotes and potential orders
  • Maintain a database of lighting samples
  • Promote lighting solutions through product demonstrations and documentation
  • Achieve sales targets by providing exceptional customer service
  • Report on pipeline progress, specifications, negotiations, and orders

This role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with electrical engineers, contractors, builders, and architects while demonstrating Australian standard specification product needs to their projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in new business development and sales environments where their objective is to promote and sell solutions-based services. They will also possess excellent communication skills to clearly articulate customer expectations and lighting specifications terms.

This role would suit high-achievers from the building and construction or electrical industries looking to progress in their field. It is essential to have experience with Australian lighting specifications when dealing with builders and architects.
