Administrative Officer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Officer on a part-time basis.

This role will provide crucial support to the Service Manager and other staff to ensure the smooth running of the Bundaberg Children, Youth and Family Service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing administrative tasks such as answering phone and website enquiries, managing travel arrangements and client billing, generating reports, and maintaining office files and records.
  • Providing financial administration support, including accounts payable and petty cash.
  • Using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, to manage data and reports.

We are looking for a professional administrator with office experience and high-level computer skills, and strong interpersonal skills.

Key qualifications include:

  • A Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
