Job Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and monitor patient health, providing timely interventions when necessary.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.

  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting empowerment and independence.
  • Respond promptly and effectively in emergency situations, prioritizing patient safety.
  • Assist with medication administration, following established protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Possess a Certificate IV or Certificate III in Aged Care or a related field.
  • Hold NDIS clearance or be willing to obtain it.
  • Be up-to-date on 2024 influenza vaccination requirements.
  • Have at least six months of experience working in Aged Care settings.
  • Enjoy full working rights in Australia.
