About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Regulatory Reporting function, providing strategic direction and oversight to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of resourcing, processes, review, and future forecasting needs of the regulatory reporting function
  • Provide leadership and drive adherence to APRA Reporting Policy and related standards
  • Provide thought leadership for Regulatory Reporting across the organization
  • Influence design of relevant internal programs across the organization and advocate for Regulatory Reporting
  • Represent the organization externally, and negotiate/influence with stakeholders including APRA, ABA, Peers and others
  • Manage Escalations of Non-Compliance, Risks, Issues, Audit Findings, Operational Risk Events to Group Financial Controller/Chief Financial Officer
  • Establishing a culture of continuous improvement
