Regulatory Reporting Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Reporting Manager to join our Finance, Reporting & Control team at Cuscal. This role will oversee the preparation, submission, and accuracy of all regulatory financial reporting across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Oversight of the preparation and submission of Group Finance's APR regulatory reports in accordance with Cuscal's requirements as an ADI.
- Responsibility for preparation of internal reporting to support management in assessing the regulatory impact of decision making.
- Balance Sheet Management and forecasting as it relates to Regulatory Capital ratios.
- Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and assess their impact on the bank's reporting framework and practices.
- Collaborate with finance, risk management, and compliance teams to gather and validate data necessary for reporting.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the regulatory reporting process and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Support the Financial Controller in the delivery of the Group Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Plan (ICAAP) Summary Statement.
- Identification, measuring and monitoring of limits under Prudential Standards.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in regulatory reporting within the banking or financial services sector.
- Experience producing financial result analysis for management.
- Strong knowledge of risk management principles and practices.
- Strong knowledge of Australian regulatory frameworks.
- Extensive proficiency in financial reporting software and data analysis tools.
