Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Workforce Planner in Adelaide. You will play a key role in coordinating the installation and relocation of gaming and wagering equipment across South Australia, ensuring venues are set up for success and working with internal teams and external partners.

The successful candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the installation, removal, and relocation of gaming and wagering equipment
  • Plan and schedule daily jobs to ensure everything runs smoothly and on time
  • Act as a liaison between venue operators, service teams, and suppliers
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Experience in gaming, wagering, or hospitality industries
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
