Human Resources Partner

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cultural aspirations and building leadership capability in a dynamic business environment.

  • Implement strategies across talent planning, learning and development, culture, employment relations, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Partner with leaders to support ER/IR processes including performance management, absenteeism, workplace investigations, medical terminations, grievances, and EA negotiations.
  • Support change management initiatives to ensure minimal industrial impact, strong employee engagement, and business continuity.
  • Lead training initiatives aligned with the Supply Chain learning framework.
  • Contribute to training for operational leaders to build leadership capability and behaviors.
  • Participate in local and organisation-wide People and Culture initiatives and projects.
  • Provide relevant people metrics to support workforce planning decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR Business Partnering or generalist HR functions, ideally within fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering HR initiatives and programs, especially in onboarding, training coordination, and employee engagement.
  • Experience in implementing learning frameworks and systems.
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation, industrial relations frameworks, Awards, and Enterprise Agreements.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of WH&S practices and preventative measures.
  • Commercially minded with business acumen and customer-focused approach.
  • Highly organised with effective time management skills and proactive mindset.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources, or related discipline.
