About the Role
  • End-to-end employee management, including recruitment, onboarding, probation, and induction processes.
  • Designing efficient HR business processes and policies to support strategic objectives.
  • Ensuring compliance with Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards, and relevant Awards.
  • Driving a diverse, inclusive, flexible, and empowered culture through innovative HR processes.
  • Facilitating organisational awareness, communication, and absolute compliance with HR legislative requirements.
  • Implementing policy frameworks for a hybrid work environment.
  • Collaborating with external vendors and stakeholders.
  • Delivering learning and development initiatives for employees.
About You
  • At least 5+ years of practical experience in an HR role.
  • Knowledge of NFP, disability, or health sectors is beneficial but not essential.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (preferred).
  • Familiarity with SHADs Awards and Australian HR and IR legislation.
  • Demonstrated flexibility, organisation, and initiative to improve practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Motivation to work autonomously and approach activities with initiative.
  • Ability to work effectively with all stakeholders and build positive relationships.
  • A structured approach to work with task prioritisation to meet deadlines.
