Occupational Therapist Opportunity

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in supporting individuals with disabilities.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality therapeutic services that promote independence, access, development, health, and wellbeing for our participants.

Your expertise will be valuable in assessing participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardized assessments. You will then interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant and provide evidence-based interventions to enhance their quality of life and meet their goals.

In addition to your clinical expertise, you will also mentor and nurture early-career clinicians, ensuring they receive the support and guidance needed to excel in their roles.

  • Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services
  • Assess participants' functional capacity and develop tailored treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based interventions to enhance participants' quality of life
  • Mentor and supervise early-career clinicians

Qualifications and Skills: To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Current registration as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proactive attitude and commitment to ongoing skill development
  • Experience in mentoring and supervising other Occupational Therapists
