The role of Dispute Resolution and Care Expert is to play a crucial part in resolving customer concerns in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner. This involves resolving customer complaints, investigating and remediating compliance and privacy breaches, preparing notices for regulatory bodies, maintaining and monitoring our Complaint Management Systems, and supporting customers who experience vulnerabilities.
Responsibilities:- Resolve customer complaints and other Customer Solutions team responsibilities.
- Investigate and remediate compliance and privacy breaches while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare notices for regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
- Maintain and monitor our Complaint Management Systems.
- Support vulnerable customers through our High Care process, providing utmost care and respect.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement to enhance processes and services.
- Extensive experience working in a customer complaints environment is essential.
- Resilience and passion to thrive in a fast-moving, challenging, and customer-driven environment are required.
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks, and manage competing resources and demands is necessary.
- High level of attention to detail is crucial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed to enable meaningful conversations with customers while maintaining empathy and customer values at all times.
