We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as a Strategic HR Business Partner. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business outcomes through the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leaders on HR-related matters, including talent management, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's business objectives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver HR programs and initiatives that drive business results, including training and development programs, employee recognition and reward programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct analysis and provide insights on HR-related data to inform business decisions, including workforce analytics, talent pipeline analysis, and employee sentiment analysis.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, managers, and employees, to ensure effective communication and collaboration on HR-related matters.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on strategic HR and talent management.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders, managers, and employees.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
