Strategic HR Business Partner

Logicalis Australia is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team in the Asia-Pacific region. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing people strategies that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement employee experience programs that enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
- Develop and execute talent attraction and development strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Lead succession planning and career development programs while managing performance processes and capability building.
- Design and maintain HR policies and benefits programs that comply with regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to regional HR initiatives and organizational transformation projects that foster growth and innovation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR Business Partnering or Employee Experience roles, ideally within a fast-paced, global environment.
- Project management expertise, with a proven track record of leading and executing complex employee engagement or transformation projects.
- Data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret data from various employee experience touchpoints and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of collaborating closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to build trust and influence decision-making.
- Change management proficiency, with experience in successfully managing change initiatives within a dynamic business environment.
- Tech-savvy mindset, with proficiency in HR tech platforms and a willingness to explore automation and new digital solutions that can enhance the employee experience.
