Job Overview:

You will play a pivotal role in leading the Sales Operations and Customer Service activities across a diverse customer base.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the customer experience, deliver on business plans, and inspire high-performing teams of Sales Support and Customer Service Executives.

You'll contribute to the wider operations strategy, champion transformation to reduce cost to serve, and ensure excellence in service delivery, compliance, and data accuracy.

  • Experience of managing complex products from concept through to delivery;
  • Exceptional understanding of the supplier's market position and trading sector;
  • Demonstrate knowledge around customer renewals, pricing activities, reporting, credit expiry, deemed rates, contract set up;
  • Proven experience in implementing change and embedding it within the organization;
  • Experience of delivering against short, medium, and long-term plans through people.
