Overview

Join to apply for the Theatre Assistant Team Leader role at Ramsay Health Care. We are recruiting for two exceptional leaders to step into the role of Team Leader in our Theatre Recovery Ward. This is a permanent full-time role that offers an opportunity to support the smooth running of theatre operations while leading and motivating a dedicated team of theatre assistants.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the theatre recovery ward team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality patient care.
  • Supervise and coordinate the front-of-house team to deliver excellent patient care.
Requirements
  • Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months.
  • Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases, depending on the role.
  • Minimum 4 years experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in a management role.
Remuneration

$32.22 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
