**About the Role**:
Join our team as the new Gardening Team Leader and take charge of horticultural activities and operations across our commercial and council runs. You'll oversee maintenance on a variety of sites, ensuring work is completed according to client schedules. This role offers a competitive hourly rate, flexible working hours, supportive management, a Tool of Trade Vehicle, and abundant opportunities for personal and professional development.

**Hourly rates are dependent on experience.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform landscape maintenance activities as required on-site, for example, mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and hedging
- Litter removal and weed control
- Take responsibility for a team, train and organise required works.
- Accurate and detailed daily reporting of tasks performed

**About You**:

- Preferred industry and team-leading experience
- Qualifications in Parks & Gardens or Horticulture desirable
- Current and valid manual drivers licence
- Physically fit, reliable, punctual and hard working
- Enjoy working as part of a team
