Direct to Consumer Marketing Role

Take the lead in marketing and growing a premium fine wine producer's Direct to Consumer business through expert strategy and innovative initiatives.

The role requires expertise in managing the Wine Club, developing the DTC channel, and perfecting the customer experience via various events and marketing campaigns. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing the DTC sales plan to align with strategic business goals.
  • Providing marketing support including social media management, copywriting, website updates, and event planning.
  • Enhancing the customers' wine experience and forming long-term relationships that drive repeat business.
  • Plan, coordinate, and host special events to support Wine Club initiatives.
  • Develop engaging content for EDMs, website, Cellar Door, and promotional materials to elevate the Cellar Door experience.
  • Manage the Wine e-commerce platform to identify customers and drive campaigns to build consumer loyalty and boost sales.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Marketing and/or Direct to Consumer experience with a deep understanding of social media platforms.
  • Proven working experience in the alcoholic beverages industry.
  • Outstanding communication and customer engagement skills.
  • Adaptability, enthusiasm, and an approachable demeanor.
  • Efficient, positive, driven individual with exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for wine and tertiary qualifications.
  • RSA Certificate.
