Claims Team Support Professional

The Claims Team Support Professional is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for enhancing the performance and capability of our Claims Team.

This individual will work closely with key stakeholders, including the Continuous Improvement Manager, Learning and Development Manager, and Claims Leadership Team, to identify opportunities for growth and develop practical solutions that improve case management practices and claim outcomes.

A key aspect of this role is the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures, as well as supporting the creation of training materials to strengthen the technical knowledge and expertise of our Case Managers.

To excel in this position, one must possess a deep understanding of workers' compensation claims management and a drive for continuous improvement. This involves identifying trends and uncovering the root causes of gaps in case management practices, leading to data-driven decision-making and actionable insights.

As a collaborative and people-focused professional, this individual will thrive in an environment that values open communication, teamwork, and mutual support.
