Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Operations Specialist to join our team. As a member of our operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our claims processing system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process claims from end to end to ensure timely resolution
  • Engage external rehabilitation assistance to assist individuals return to work
  • Provide high-level customer service to internal and external partners

Requirements:

  • Claims handling experience
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, spoken and written communication skills
  • PC literate - Database and Microsoft Office
