Fresh Produce Quality Assurance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Conduct quality evaluations against customer specifications.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements.
- Monitor product retention, shelf life, and storage conditions.
- Train staff on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety protocols.
- Escalate quality and technical issues.
- Experience in QA/QC in the produce industry preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
