About the role

We are looking for a Quality Control Officer to join our team. The role is very hands-on and based in our warehouse at the Sydney Markets. The key responsibilities of this role include but not limited to:

  • Conducting quality control assessments and reports on fresh produce (arrival, inline, inventory, and dispatch)
  • Completing quality assurance activities
  • Retention sample management
  • Reporting to key internal stakeholders
  • Other duties as required

About You

We are looking for someone who has a passion for fresh produce and is seeking an opportunity to enter this exciting and fast paced industry. If you have experience working in fresh produce supply chains or a warehouse environment and you are looking to develop your skills, this role will provide you with the training and development to take that next step in your career.   • Intermediate computer skills
  • Have a desire to learn and develop technical skills
  • Passion and interest in the fresh produce industry
  • Experience working with produce/perishables (desirable)
  • Forklift licence (desirable)
