Business Solution Specialist

This critical role is pivotal in driving new business opportunities by effectively showcasing how our solution resolves issues and enhances operational value.

As an integral member of the sales team, you will serve as a subject matter expert on our solution, leveraging your expertise in front office and middle office workflows.

  • Establish yourself as the primary technical point of contact for key stakeholders within institutional asset managers and prospective clients.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions with prospective clients, understanding and documenting existing operating models, key business requirements, and pain points.
  • Evaluate customer business and technical needs with a consultative approach, collaborate with sales on sales strategies, and prepare high-quality demonstrations and conversations to engage business and technical stakeholders from prospective firms.
Key Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in sales engineering or implementation roles focused on front-office technology (OMS, PMS) serving traditional asset managers and asset owners.
  • Experience in complex, enterprise sales in FinTech space (enterprise solutions and services to the front, middle, and back offices of hedge funds, traditional asset managers, and asset owners).
  • Strong understanding of hedge fund, traditional asset manager, and asset owner operating models, investment management lifecycle, and vendor landscape.
