Our organization seeks a seasoned professional for a key role in our Front Office System Operations.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled system analyst with 5+ years of experience in the Investment Management industry, supporting Front Office or Middle office systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end analysis tasks focusing on trade workflow, data analysis and transformation.
  • Delivery of high-quality technical documentation.
  • Input into solution design, data structures and design decisions.
  • Test planning, design and execution.
  • Able to understand complex business and technical processes.
  • Proven ability in developing technical requirements and support documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience within the Investment Management industry working as a Front Office or Middle office support/system analyst.
  • Working knowledge of financial instruments including equities, fixed income and OTC derivatives.
  • Expert understanding of end-to-end data flows between the Front Office and Middle Office.
  • Experience with data vendors such as FactSet, IRESS, Bloomberg, Refinitiv, ICE.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SQL.
