The Role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our team at Gympie South. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing our frontline team, driving store performance, and ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Lead and develop the frontline team, providing coaching and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Ensure the maintenance of high-quality standards in all aspects of store operations
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, drive business growth, and improve operational efficiency
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
