About the Role

This role focuses on identifying, documenting and optimizing business processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness. To achieve this, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable IT deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into actionable IT projects.
  • Develop project documentation including briefs, business cases and RFPs.
  • Support solution design and validate alignment with business strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships across business units and IT teams.
  • Identify risks and opportunities for improvement in systems and processes.
What You'll Bring
  • 5 + years' experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • FMC industry experience is essential.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Experience with enterprise systems, preferably SAP and Microsoft platforms.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or related field (preferred).
  • Business Analysis certification.
