Business Solutions Partner

This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in driving business-driven projects.

The Business Solutions Partner will be responsible for identifying and documenting business processes and software requirements to support IT's involvement in broader business-driven projects.

  • Documenting and analysing business processes and software requirements
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into actionable IT deliverables
  • Preparing project documentation including briefs, business cases, and RFPs
  • Supporting solution design and validating alignment with business strategies
  • Maintaining strong relationships across business units and IT teams
  • Identifying risks and opportunities for improvement in systems and processes
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in a Business Analyst or Solutions Partner role
  • FMCG industry experience is essential
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Experience with enterprise systems, preferably SAP and Microsoft platforms
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or related field (preferred)
  • Business Analysis certification
