Ecolab, a global leader in water, hygiene and energy technologies and services, is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to join its Food Retail Services division.

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with supermarkets and large retailers, ensuring they operate with cleaner, safer and healthier environments.

The ideal candidate will have experience within Food Retail or Quick Service Restaurants and a strong understanding of food safety and compliance. They will also possess excellent communication and relationship building skills, as well as a hands-on approach to providing exceptional customer service.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with food retail customers, providing first-class training and servicing support to ensure our customers' challenges are resolved.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a regular visit cycle with customers within your territory
  • Identifying customer needs and recommending solutions to improve food safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including technical support and customer service, to deliver excellent service to customers
  • Conducting training sessions to ensure our customers are using our sanitising solutions and equipment effectively and safely
  • Conducting food safety, brand standards and other on-site evaluations at customer locations, assessing workplace safety and environmental cleanliness
  • Assisting with growing the business by identifying new opportunities for our customers
  • Servicing equipment and conducting some basic repairs/maintenance if required.

A competitive salary of approximately $90,000 - $120,000 per year will be offered, depending on experience, to support your success in this role.
