Product Excellence Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Handbag Quality Assurance Expert to join our team.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong quality assurance and compliance skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in handbags and soft accessories, with a deep understanding of product construction and materials.
Key responsibilities include leading quality assurance, managing quality processes with local suppliers, ensuring compliance with standards and resolving inspection failures and escalated customer complaints.
You will work closely with buying and design teams to ensure product construction, safety, and quality standards are met during development.
Staying up-to-date on regulatory changes is crucial, so you will coordinate training with compliance teams and third-party partners.
Conducting competitor benchmarking and scheduled store audits, as well as spot-checking websites to ensure accurate product representation, are also essential duties.
