**Manufacturing Excellence Specialist**

**Job Description**:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Excellence Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of daily routine operations and leading Tiered accountability meetings.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Technically support the Team Leader to ensure seamless operation of daily routine activities.
  • Lead meetings with the team to discuss operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Use process and team statistics to manage day-to-day operations, understand bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in science or engineering, or relevant experience.
  • At least 5 years' experience in cGMP manufacturing within a pharmaceutical production environment.
  • Technical skills in Manufacturing and Quality processes and systems.
  • Experience leading a manufacturing team.
  • Demonstrated understanding of cGMP, regulatory requirements, and relevant environmental, health and safety requirements.
