The role of Bids and Proposals Coordinator is a key position within our organisation, requiring a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the development and submission of proposals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the proposal process from planning and scheduling through to submission.
  • Analyse tender requirements to ensure compliance with specifications, deadlines, and commercial needs.
  • Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality proposals that meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop and maintain governance frameworks, templates, and content libraries to drive efficiency and quality.
  • Lead kick-off meetings, storyboarding, and review cycles to engage and guide proposal teams.
  • Ensure adherence to legal, commercial, and regulatory requirements.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our approach to bid management techniques.

About You

  • Australian Government security clearance eligibility is required.
