We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Administration Coordinator to join our team at Murray Gardens Retirement Village in Albury, NSW.

As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our village.

Your duties will include coordinating payment of invoices, preparing and receiving revenue in accordance with financial procedures, responding to emergency alarm calls from residents, and escalating complaints while maintaining effective relationships with all residents.

You will also liaise with local community groups to co-ordinate the provision of services and social resources, forward sales challenges with outgoing residents, incoming residents, solicitors, and other stakeholders, assess, report, and action any risks and hazards, and assist in the completion of WHS Monthly Action Plans.

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated success in a similar role, sound knowledge of current industry developments and standards, ability to build rapport and resilience to deal with client complaints, ability to manage and understand the diverse needs and wants of our clientele, and a National Police Check (or ability to obtain).

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
