About the Opportunity

As a Senior Lifestyle and Community Coordinator at Bupa, you will oversee the delivery of person-first leisure and lifestyle programs in our care homes. Your primary goal will be to promote emotional and physical rehabilitation through recreational activities that promote holistic wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of lifestyle officers to ensure the delivery of high-quality recreational programs.
  • Provide residents with quality care and actively support them to maintain their skill levels, independence, and mobility.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to plan and organize recreational activity programs that cater to individual residents' needs and preferences.
About You

We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual with a Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle or a degree-level qualification in a related field. You will have previous experience in a similar role and a Senior First Aid Certificate. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to solve problems independently, are essential for this position.
