We are seeking an experienced Learning Business Partner for our Home Care division to support and partner with key stakeholders in delivering role-related mandatory and professional development education programs.

About the Opportunity

This permanent part-time role comes with hybrid working options and is based in Victoria, with travel to regional and metro areas, as well as some interstate travel. The successful candidate will have demonstrable success within a complex environment and be able to evidence their values-based leadership and offer an authentic, engaging, and agile character.

  • A competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Permanent part-time role with 20-25 hours per week
  • Hybrid working options available

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Nursing or a related field, plus current AHPRA registration
  • A Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or willingness to obtain one within the first 12 months
  • Prior experience as a trainer, educator, learning facilitator, or in a relevant role, preferably in a home care or healthcare setting
