Rentokil Initial has an exciting opportunity for a Business Operations Coordinator to join the National Operations Support Team in Australia.

About the Role

The key responsibility of this position is to provide full administrative support, including managing the operationalisation of customer inductions and portals across our Pest and Hygiene business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement effective induction strategies to respond to current business needs and future delivery requirements
  • Map and maintain accurate records of customer inductions on an ongoing basis
  • Provide leadership and coaching to branch teams on customer induction & portal compliance
  • Ensure Portal certificates, licences and Safe Work Method Statements are up-to-date and compliant
  • Analyse trends, variances and exceptions in induction compliance with outcomes communicated to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3 years experience in an administrative role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Data input experience with IT systems or websites
  • Portal or Induction Management experience preferred
  • Project experience preferred

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
