Job Overview

The position of Strategic Engineering Project Lead involves overseeing the execution of major capital projects. This role requires leading a team of experienced engineers and technicians to drive process engineering initiatives, ensuring maximum machine effectiveness and production capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize engineering activities to enhance productivity and quality
  • Participate in strategic planning exercises to align with business objectives
  • Oversee the implementation of new technologies, systems, and equipment to improve manufacturing capabilities
  • Identify and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and disruption to production
