We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Henderson as a Fabrication Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fabrication and Welding: Perform high-quality welding & fabrication across various carbon steels and stainless.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to complete projects accurately.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure welding equipment is well-maintained and in safe working condition.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of work, ensuring finished products meet quality and safety standards.
  • Project Collaboration: Work closely with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow workplace safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • A positive attitude, good communication skills, and reliability.
  • Minimum 5 years of welding/fabrication experience.
  • Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
  • A valid trade qualification in welding/fabrication is advantageous.
  • Forklift license or additional certifications are desirable.

Additional Requirements: A strong understanding of manufacturing principles and practices.
