Welder/Fabricator Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in crafting high-quality products that meet rigorous standards and various welding codes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacturing and Welding: Perform high-quality GMAW/FCAW/GTAW welding & manufacturing across various carbon steels and stainless.
  • Technical Drawing Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to complete projects accurately.
  • Maintenance of Equipment: Ensure welding equipment is well-maintained and in safe working condition.
  • Quality Control: Maintain a high standard of work, ensuring finished products meet quality and safety standards.
  • Project Collaboration: Work closely with team members across operations and machining to complete projects efficiently and on time.
  • Safety Protocols: Follow workplace safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Commitment to Safety: A commitment to safety, precision, and delivering exceptional results.
  • Positive Attitude: A positive attitude, good communication skills, and reliability.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of welding/fabrication experience.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Valid trade qualification in welding/fabrication is advantageous. Forklift license or additional certifications are desirable.
