Counselling Services Specialist

Deliver expert counselling and support services to empower individuals, couples, and families in overcoming complex challenges.
About the Role- Provide trauma-informed and client-centred counselling services to address domestic and family violence, separation, trauma, or parenting difficulties.
- Facilitate therapeutic groups to promote healthy relationships and life choices.
- Manage intake and assessment processes to ensure effective service delivery.
- Maintain high standards of record keeping, data collection, and reporting.
- Offer individual, couple, child, and family counselling services using contemporary techniques.
- Collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders to ensure holistic care.
- Participate in supervision, training, and professional development opportunities.
- Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- Professional membership eligibility with Australian Psychological Society (APS), Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) or similar.
- Current Driver's Licence.
- Working with Children Check or ability to obtain.
- Australian Work Rights and Federal Police Check or ability to obtain.
