Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Practitioner to deliver high-quality support to individuals, couples, children, and families across our community. This role is responsible for providing professional counselling and support services to clients facing complex challenges.Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional counselling and support services to individuals, couples, children, and families facing complex challenges.
- Deliver trauma-informed, client-centred counselling and brief intervention services.
- Facilitate therapeutic and psycho-educational groups.
- Manage intake and assessment processes.
- Maintain high standards of record keeping, data collection, and reporting.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, planning, and evaluation activities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and external stakeholders to ensure holistic care.
- Actively participate in supervision, training, and professional development opportunities.
- Experience in contemporary counselling techniques.
- Strong understanding of Domestic & Family Violence, Child Protection, and Family Law.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated computer literacy and proficiency with data and case management systems.
