About the position:

Our client is looking for a passionate Family Lawyer with 4–10+ years PAE, ideally at Associate, Senior Associate, or Special Counsel level, to join their Gold Coast/Brisbane team.

You'll work on a stimulating range of family law matters including complex parenting and property disputes, financial agreements, domestic violence applications, spousal maintenance, and high-net-worth separations, including matters involving business or trust structures.

You'll also have the chance to mentor junior team members, build your personal brand within the profession, and take strategic ownership of files with strong paralegal and administrative support. If you're based in Brisbane and open to relocating or splitting your time across offices, this can also be considered.

Key Requirements:

• 4–10+ years PAE in Family Law (private practice preferred)
• Strong technical skills across both parenting and property matters
• Experience mentoring junior staff or a desire to grow into that role
• Accredited Specialist or strong interest in gaining accreditation
• Warm, client-focused communication style with high emotional intelligence
• Ambition to progress toward leadership or Partnership
