**Ideal Candidate for a Lobby Experience Role**

This is a pivotal position where an individual with passion for service, excellent people skills, and enthusiasm for creating a welcoming environment can thrive.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing professional, friendly, and personalized service to all visitors and employees at the corporate offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests enthusiastically, anticipating their needs while managing bookings and temporary passes.
  • Direct deliveries and manage storage while following protocols for media and distinguished visitors.
  • Monitor lobby traffic and provide support during peak periods, ensuring orderly movement.
  • Maintain lobby accessories and update operational signage as needed.
  • Provide campus wayfinding assistance and general enquiries support for services and activities.
  • Upkeep reception areas to reflect brand standards while maintaining a clean, organized environment.
  • Create work orders for custodial, maintenance, safety, and security concerns through designated systems.

Requirements:

  • 1-2+ years' experience in customer service, security, or hospitality roles.
  • A genuine passion for exceeding guest expectations through personalized service.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively while maintaining consistent service quality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and adaptability to various technology platforms.
  • Experience with guest management systems (Condeco knowledge preferred).
  • Flexibility to handle shifting priorities with a positive, solution-focused attitude.
