About the Role

The Solution Engineer position is a trusted technical advisor to local sales teams, partners, and customers in the APAC region.

As an SE, you will collaborate closely with Account Executives (AEs) to ensure technical success and delivery of sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate the Glean platform to prospective clients.
  • Educate technical teams on the Glean platform architecture.
  • Scope and execute sponsored pilot and Proof of Value (PoV) projects.
  • Educate and train customers and partners on the product.
  • Present at company-sponsored events.
  • Liaise with product managers and engineers to investigate issues and raise feature requests.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software pre-sales with value-based discovery.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in layman's terms.
  • Comfort presenting virtually and in-person.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure platforms.
  • Familiarity with identity services and SSO providers.
  • Familiarity with APIs and integrating with API endpoints.
  • Understanding of security concepts and tools.
