Senior Consulting Sales and Delivery Leader Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consulting Sales and Delivery Leader to drive strategic growth, lead enterprise transformation, and build key partnerships with banking executives.

Responsibilities:

  • Transforming Business Operations: Identify breakthrough opportunities, partner with Lead Account/Client Executives to unlock new value streams, and deliver sustainable business outcomes.
  • Spearheading Large-Scale Initiatives: Modernize customer experiences, take accountability for ACV, renewals, and consulting bookings, and proactively manage risks.
  • Fostering Trusted Relationships: Build strong relationships with banking executives and stakeholders, translate complex technical concepts into clear business value, and drive business growth.
  • Designing Effective Delivery Strategies: Maximize ROI, ensure clients leverage Pega's full capabilities across their digital ecosystem, and accelerate time-to-value.
  • Pioneering New Methodologies: Stay current with evolving customer landscapes, pioneer new methodologies, and drive business innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in consulting sales and delivery leadership within enterprise environments.
  • Expert-level experience in enterprise software delivery and client relationship management.
  • Knowledge of Pega products and implementation methodologies is beneficial; appreciation for modernization trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain C-level relationships in complex organizations.
