Job Title: Project Coordinator Delivery · Sydney ·

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Project Coordinator to support our project delivery team in Sydney. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing documentation, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the construction and commissioning process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update construction and commissioning schedules to align with contractor and internal milestones;
  • Track design submissions, RFIs, approvals, and variations to ensure version control and timely responses;
  • Monitor supplier and subcontractor deliverables, lead times, and logistics planning to ensure site requirements are met;
  • Facilitate coordination between electrical, civil, and OEM scopes to minimize site clashes and miscommunication;
  • Assist with weekly reporting on progress, cost, and risk, and support updating dashboards or trackers for internal and client reporting.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Project Coordinator or Associate role, ideally within the Energy or Transport industry;
  • Experience working on large-scale construction projects in an administrative or coordination role;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent planning and organizational abilities;
  • Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects simultaneously.
