Job Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing assigned projects to ensure they meet stringent quality and delivery standards.

  • Lead and manage data centre service projects, including critical infrastructure implementation and technical services delivery.
  • Coordinate project planning, change management, and stakeholder engagement to achieve alignment across internal teams and external clients.
  • Oversee project design, budgeting, and procurement to ensure efficient delivery of high-quality results.
  • Support financial control and reporting, working closely with project accountants and finance teams to manage costs and risks.
  • Manage commissioning and operational transition, including testing, compliance, licensing, and handover of documentation.
  • Ensure effective communication and support, facilitating stakeholder updates, internal staff coordination, and resolution of issues.

Candidates should possess proven experience in managing complex technical-based projects, with a preferred background in the electrical or HVAC space. Essential skills include previous experience in key project controls and financials, client management abilities, contractor supervision and management skills, commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to work across diverse (technical and non-technical) based teams.

Australian Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance is also required.
