Job Title: Service Delivery Specialist

">Job Description:

The Service Delivery Specialist will be a proactive problem solver with a strong background in end-user support, network troubleshooting, and AV technologies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical assistance, guidance, and troubleshooting to end-users.
  • Triage network issues and configuration requirements in partnership with the network provider.
  • On-site solutions provider around all technology needs in partnership with supporting enterprise teams.
  • Escalate high-priority and complex issues exceeding a timeframe of 1 hour of diagnosis time and 1 hour of troubleshooting.
  • Install new workplace devices for end-users, including PCs, Macs, peripherals, smartphones, tablets, etc.
  • Assist with troubleshooting by partnering with other Technology teams across the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess project management skills and experience, be organized, punctual, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

Key Skills:

IT Support Experience preferably in media, news, or entertainment production environments is highly desirable. Additionally, experience with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile and Scrum would be an asset.
