Senior Business Development Executive

About the Role:

  • Drive Customer Success: Develop business growth strategies for clients, delivering meaningful value and impact.
  • Market Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to shape and implement sales plans, achieving revenue quotas and driving pipeline targets.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and key decision-makers, ensuring high satisfaction levels as a primary point of contact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecasting and Insights: Accurately forecast key financials, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions and optimize sales.
  • Customer Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences, informing business growth strategies.
  • Industry Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Automotive industry in Australia and New Zealand, identifying new opportunities and partnerships.

Requirements:

  • 10+ Years of B2B Sales Experience: Proven business growth and sales pipeline management.
  • Automotive Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of the Australian and/or New Zealand Automotive market.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipeline from lead generation to close.
  • Global Team Collaboration: Experience working with global teams to deliver large tenders and influence key stakeholders at the RFI stage.
