Job Title: Power Substation Engineering Manager

This role presents an exceptional opportunity to shape the power industry while mentoring future engineers and driving collaboration across teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all phases of substation projects, from design through construction and commissioning.
  • Manage project deliverables, ensuring timely completion within allocated resources.
  • Oversee design analysis, optimization, and implementation of substations.
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Foster cross-functional teamwork to align substation projects with overall energy infrastructure objectives.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance across departments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • At least 10 years of experience in substation engineering, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing large-scale engineering projects.
  • Strong knowledge of substation design software and tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
