As a Lead Substation Engineer, you will oversee all phases of substation projects ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.

• Project Leadership & Management: Manage project deliverables for substation projects.
• Technical Expertise & Compliance: Oversee design, analysis, and optimization of substations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Collaboration & Integration: Work with cross-functional teams to align substation projects with overall energy infrastructure.
• Team Development & Support: Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance across departments.

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Typically 10+ years of experience in substation engineering, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of substation design software and tools.
