Electronics Technician

As a critical member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and manufacture of cutting-edge electronic warfare systems. This is an exciting opportunity to join a group of skilled professionals who are passionate about delivering innovative solutions that connect and shape operations across multiple domains.

The successful candidate will be responsible for completing manufacturing, testing, tuning, and integration of electronic components and systems using radio frequency (RF) and photonic technology. This will involve working closely with the Technician Team Leader and other team members to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in electronics engineering, including:

  • Manufacturing and testing of electronic components and systems
  • Tuning and integration of RF and photonic technology
  • Accurate data collection and analysis
  • Providing feedback to management and peers on testing processes and tools
  • Maintaining quality standards through best practice

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • An advanced diploma in engineering or electronics
  • A technical trade in electronics or equivalent
  • IPC-A-610 or equivalent MIL-STD certification
  • Manual dexterity and precise motor skills
  • The ability to perform work under a microscope and read technical instructions and drawings
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Accuracy, thoroughness, persistence, and attention to detail
